Cancellation Policy
XYZ Builders Ltd Initial Consultation: Our initial consultation is free and designed to understand your project needs. Booking Process: Select a time and date that is available. Complete the inquiry form on our website or call us directly. We will confirm your booking within 1-2 business days. Follow-up: After the consultation, you will receive a project proposal within 5-10 business days, depending on project complexity. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee. On-site Visits: A member of our team will visit your property at the scheduled time to assess the project scope. We recommend having all decision-makers present during the visit.
